Our league is made of two divisions.  The MABL Division is for any player over the age of 18(Open) and the MSBL for players over the age of 28.  A player has a choice to play in what league they feel more comfortable in but must meet the minimum age requirements.  A player may play in both leagues.

Established in 1996, the Twin Cities Men's Adult Baseball League has become one of the top amateur men's baseball leagues in the Country.  We are affiliated nationally with the Men's Senior Baseball League (MSBL) and Men's Adult Baseball League (MABL) and have sent numerous teams to tournaments all across the land, including the annual (October) MSBL World Series in Phoenix, Arizona.  

 
Guidelines for Players  

MABL (Ages 18+ and Up)

There are players from the age of 18 all the way into their 50’s in this league.  This division of the TCMABL is the oldest and considered to be a very competitive league.  There are 22 teams separated into two divisions (American and National) in this division of the TCMABL.  If you’re an experienced ball player this is most likely were your going to want play.

MSBL (Ages 28+ and Up)
 
There are players from the age of 28 all the way into their 50’s in this league also.  This division of the TCMABL was started in 2006 with four teams.  In 2007 the league is expanding to 9 teams.  This league is consider competitive but more about the fun of playing baseball.  Less experienced players are more common in this league.
